Attachment and forced sale of inland navigation vessels.
The 11th Legal Colloquium “Bridging the Gap: Navigating Liability and Legal Consequences after Inland Waterway Collisions,” organized by IVR, will be held in Budapest on 28 and 29 October 2026. This event will bring together leading international legal experts in inland waterway transport law. The international Colloquium will address the important and complex legal issues arising from collisions between inland waterway vessels and navigation infrastructure (bridges) and port infrastructure.
As part of this Colloquium, Massimiliano Grimaldi will make a presentation on “Attachment and forced sale of inland navigation vessels in international uniform law.”
