Francesca D’Orsi is a member of the Order of Lawyers of Rome and is an expert in transport law as well as international trade law.
Francesca D’Orsi mainly deals with naval leasing, collisions and insurance in the maritime field, inland, highways and aeronautical navigation, as well as the related litigation, subjects in which she boasts significant experience enhanced by teaching activities.

Francesca D’Orsi is a member of the editing board of the magazine Diritto dei Trasporti (published by the Institute of Navigation Law – Faculty of Law of the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and the I.S.D.I.T Institute for the study of transport law) as well as the magazine LexTrasporti (first independent monthly magazine about transport law).
She is a member of the Italian Association of Maritime Law and vice president of the managing board of the Italian Association of Inland Navigation Law.
